Must Be Spring Because Atelier Has a New Fragrance

Atelier Lemon Island Cologne Absolue Pure Perfume arrives today and I’m excited because lemon anything is a good thing! I think Atelier Cologne Pacific Lime launched around the same time last year didn’t it? How interesting they are doing lemon this year! Can the two be paired up together?

Atelier Cologne Lemon Island is a refreshing aquatic blend that starts out with lemon from the Indian Ocean and contain notes of jasmine and warm vanilla to create a fresh, aquatic fragrance.

“The warmth of the island, the scent of your skin after bathing in the ocean and wearing sunscreen. There is something sensual, sunny, and happy at the same time.””Sylvie Ganter, Founder Atelier Cologne.

I don’t always take the descriptions for granted with Atelier as when they tell me sunny, island, ocean, sunscreen I do automatically think of Bobbi Brown Beach. That suntan spelling type of fragrance that feels perfect for the warm, lazy days of Summer or even Estee Lauder’s most perfect Bronze Goddess Perfume! But the reality of Atelier is you typically get more of an fresher herbal note with a lot of their fragrances and I’m not complaining because fragrances like that can be very refreshing and remind me of the joy of Guerlain Aqua Allegorias!

I’m very curious about Atelier Lemon Island Perfume and look forward to trying it!

Lemon Island Cologne Absolue Pure Perfume is available now.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Pacific Lime is a favorite of mine! This year, I chose Atelier for my Advent calendar and am not disappointed. So far the patchouli scent is the only one I will not wear, but my son likes it.

I don’t blame you! Their calendar is brilliant and their scents are amazing ;-D They are easily to layer as well!
