Bobbi Brown Crushed Shine Jelly Stick for Lips But Can We Use Them On Cheeks?

Bobbi Brown Crushed Shine Jelly Stick are a new moisturizing lipstick available in six shades for Spring 2021 that just launched at Sephora and I couldn’t help but think, “Can I use these on my cheeks?” Is that weird? I’m sort of into dewy cheek products lately. Although they say these are a lipstick they sort of look like a balm especially since they are a sheerer finish! They have a soft, shiny finish and contain fruit oils as well as Hyaluronic Acid that acts to plump and smooth lips while moisturizing and preventing moisture loss.

Last year, Bobbi released Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss around the same time which were a very pleasant surprise. Did anyone try them? I thought they were fabulous! Excellent color, good shine, and nice moisture!

I definitely lost a little faith in Bobbi Brown Eyeshadows but there lip products remain consistently excellent! All her latest lipsticks, liquid lipsticks, etc…have been amazing! Although, they are a bit expensive. These new Crushed Shine Jelly Sticks are $29 each! That’s a typically price for Bobbi lip products but I always cringe a little! These look like maybe a $20 lip product at most….! That being said there are plenty of products like this around that are cheaper such as Almay Color & Care Lip Oil-in-Stick and Revlon Kiss Balm but I have a feeling Bobbi Brown’s formula will be much, much better at this price point. Plus as I said the lip products just don’t fail me lately which makes spending $29 easier to digest.

I’m actually surprised they didn’t make these a 2-in-1! They look like they’d happy work as a blush and a lip balm.

Bobbi Brown Crushed Shine Jelly Stick are available now at Sephora.
