Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable for Spring 2021 arrives at sephora.com on January 7th and brings us new Stay Vulnerable Glossy Lip Balm, Stay Vulnerable Melting Cream Blush, Stay Vulnerable Liquid Eyeshadow, and Stay Vulnerable All Over Eyeshadow Brush.

Rare Beauty has been fairly active in releasing new items for a brand in still in it’s infancy. They did a small but sweet Holiday 2020 Collection and now a new Spring 2021 launch and this is a little less than a year since it’s Fall 2020 launch of the brand.

I’m pretty excited about the new launches especially the new liquid eyeshadows which have some interesting shades.

Let’s have a look!

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Glossy Lip Balm $18 (5 Shades)
A hydrating, non-sticky, long-lasting lip gloss made with a botanical blend of lotus, gardenia, and white waterlily.

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Melting Cream Blush $21 (5 Shades)
A mistake-proof with a liquid-like cream texture that melts into a second skin for the most natural-looking wash of soft-focus color.

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Liquid Eyeshadow $20 (5 Shades)
A weightless, liquid-to-powder eyeshadow that provides buildable wash of long-lasting, waterproof, crease-resistant color.

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable All Over Eyeshadow Brush $15
A cruelty-free eyeshadow brush for easy, all-over blending, with a unique dense, angled shape that mimics your fingertip for max control.

Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Spring 2021 Makeup Collection launches January 7th.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. It seems strange that all the liquid eyeshadows look like lip gloss colors and even have the same names. I understand “monochromatic look,” but this seems to overdo it, and I wouldn’t buy three different products that look the same, would instead buy one multipurpose cream or stick that I could wear on eyes, cheeks, and lips. And a LOT of companies are doing the multipurpose products now. I liked Rare’s initial offerings but find this release weird.

I think it’s a bit odd, too. Mono like the late twenty-teens, pared down like 2020 C-reality, and 1950s matchy-matchy. I think the all-in-ones usually work pretty well for one feature, but not equally for all three.

All the cream blushes please!!! They look gorgeous.
I’ve been collecting cream blushes like they are going out of style! Just picked up the Canmake #16 from their store on Amazon. $10 and I got a free sample packet of sunscreen and a cute catalog. It’s a texture that I haven’t found in any brands right now. It’s a solid but it melts under your fingertips and then stays on ALL DAY!!!
