Stay Ulta Platinum Till 2021 Even If You Didn’t Reach the Threshold

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

You can keep your Ulta Diamond or Platinum Status even if you haven’t reached the threshold this year. In a very generous offer, Ulta has is allowing users to enjoy their Diamond and Platinum Benefits for the next year without even having reached the spending amount to keep the status.

Head to ulta.com and look into your offers to activate this offer. It expires on January 31st so hurry over to activate it! I know many of you struggled to reach the threshold this year either due to income issues or just because Ulta didn’t have a lot of major sales this year due to the pandemic and trying to avoid stressing out their warehouse team. I think Ulta did have some great sales for the Holidays but prior to that it was a little slow for sales.

It’s pretty damn generous and an excellent business move to extend the offer to their members without meeting the normal threshold. I think Ulta trusts we’re going to spend money more if we keep our benefits and status. Sephora, you have a lot to learn so listen up. I think Ulta realizes there are many, many places we can get our beauty from and by keeping our benefits we’ll likely stick to buying from them more in the future. This was a very, very smart move on their part!

I’m pretty hyped Ulta did this! It’ll def help them to keep their members and fans happy.

Don’t forget to activate the offer before it expires at the end of the month!

Enjoy!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. And it worked, Muse! Last year I swore I wouldn’t make VIB or Platinum and I didn’t. I was good. I used my sample pantry and dug into my doubles when I ran out instead of buying more…but that darn status offer came through and I have already bought moisturizer I won’t need (until I work through my backup) thanks to the platinum day deals… definitely a very canny business move on their part!

Super good business move on their part. They gain major loyalty from their members because of this! I’m glad it worked for you! Enjoy another year of benefits 😀

Wow this is super generous! I’m now pissed of myself for spending $ i didn’t really want to last month to keep platinum this year. Oh well. Lol

GGRRRRR…. i actually went and spent some $$ just to make sure I stayed platinum. I wasnt’ that far off, but still…. would have been nice to know they were gonna do that! I suppose they wanted suckers like me to spend to stay platinum. Well, since they jacked the amount to $500 for next year, I doubt I am platinum again. But nice that some others got to take advantage of the deal! Wish I’d waited….

Me, too. But who doesn’t want a couple more Slatkin candles? But i have > 400 Ultabucks, so i doubt I’ll make it this year as well. Not sure i even made VIB @ S, and haven’t even checked! So U still gets my $. IDK that the amount went up, thanks. I think this catch-up is a good idea for those who need stash building (which truthfully i do not.)

I went and redeemed my offer! It certainly is a good business move on Ulta’s part. I feel a lot of extra good will towards them now, and if the world ever settles into a less frightening state of normal, I’ll def think of ordering/shopping from Ulta more. On a similar vein, I checked my Rogue status on Sephora and it seems that they have also quietly extended my status to cover 2021, so YAY!

This is great, thanks for the heads up! Last year I think I spent all of $75 at Ulta after being Platinum for 3 years. I still doubt I’ll reach the $500 minimum this year but it’s nice to have the benefits. Unfortunately I used up all of the point money I had at the end of the year, figuring I was going to lose it soon. Oh well.

My pleasure! It seemed harder to reach platinum this year for some reason!

That is generous. But, I actually made the effort in November to spend enough to remain Platinum in 2021. I wish I kept the $200 it took to reach $500 now. Honestly, I’m feeling kinda stupid and ripped off now. Sigh.
