Tarte Tartelette Juicy Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette is a new Spring 2021 eyeshadow palette featuring 20 brand new Tarte Eyeshadows in rosy and bronze shades! It’s stunning and obviously based off the Holiday 2020 Lil’ Juicy Palette includes in the Tartelette Give, Gift, Get Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Wardrobe! You might recall that I mentioned in my Tarte Holiday 2020 post that Lil’ Juicy was probably a preview of Spring 2021 and I was right.

This is a stunning palette! I love the soft pinks, tans, roses, and cranberries! I know they aren’t incredibly unique but together in the palette they look lovely. I will most definately be picking this up. It actually features 10 matte shades which I’m happy about as lately matte is totally my thing. I must be getting old. There are also six metallics and four pearls.

Shades:

  • Water Lily (white champagne shimmer)
  • Paradise (peach champagne shimmer)
  • Rose (matte rosy pink)
  • Orchid (pink shimmer)
  • Dream Chaser (pink plum shimmer)
  • Wishful (matte soft beige)
  • Blossom (matte peachy pink)
  • Wildflower (deep peach shimmer)
  • Petal (matte soft rose)
  • luscious (matte cinnamon)
  • Inspiring (matte rosy peach)
  • Shine (deep copper shimmer)
  • Fresh start (matte warm tan)
  • Dawn (soft bronze shimmer)
  • Charmed (matte warm medium brown)
  • Reflect (golden champagne shimmer)
  • Happiness (matte rosy tan)
  • Dusk (rosy brown shimmer)

I feel like this is one that I’d have to see in person. The colors in the mirror looks a good amount different from what the promo picture shows head on.

I would want to see in person, but this looks like it might work for me. The cranberry colors might not. I have blue eyes and these shades make me look bloodshot. But bronzes would!

I did a blind buy! eep! I just love the colors! I hope it works out!

After the color disaster (promo pix totally different from reality) that was Tarte’s “Confessions of a Maneater” palette from last May, I’m never buying their stuff sight unseen again.

Also — neutrals and pinks from Tarte…. seriously, again??

p.s. It’s really weird how the colors reflected in the palette’s mirror are so different than the ones supposedly in the pans. Much yellower/browner/warmer. It’s like someone at Tarte forgot to fake the shades in the mirror. smh

I wish they had stuck with the same format as their bloom and toasted palettes, the packaging in those is good quality and a decent size. A 20 pan palette is just too much for me.
