10 Things You Need from Target Right Now

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Target is like a vortex! It sucks you in and spits you out three hours later and you’re left wondering why your wallet is lighter and your day is nearly over. I miss wasting an hour or two or three at Target. This curbside thing sucks!

I guess the next best thing is shopping Target online! Here are 10 things you might need from Target right now.

Hearth & Hand with Magnolia Be Brave Wall Sign $5.99
This little Be Brave sign hangs in my mud room so I can look at it anytime I go outside. Last year was tough on us all! I’m an extrovert that’s never had any sense of anxiety. Nowadays, well, I get a little anxious when I go out! I guess it’s normal to feel that way but it’s also an unusual feeling for me! It’s just a sign but I like to look at it before I leave the house! It gives me a little confidence and push to be brave and get out there. Sometimes we need gentle, little reminders.

Threshold Caramel Latte Scented Wax Melts $1.99
Oh Jesus! Threshold has wax melts! Take all my money! I grabbed up a pack of these online last week and I’m in love. They smell good enough to eat (or drink)! Totally a perfect cozy scent to melt while snuggling on the couch!

Opalhouse Carrot and Pom Garland $12
Do your decorate for Easter? Tomorrow’s Fast Tuesday! How did that happen? Soon we’ll be decorating for Easter. This cute little carrot garland sure would look adorable on my downstairs fireplace!

Garnier Whole Blends Miracle Frizz Tamer 10-in-1 Coconut Leave-In Treatment $6.49
I’ve been using Kristin Ess Frizz Management Cleansing Co-Wash and it’s amazingggggg! It makes my curls so smooth and refined! But I ran out last week and for some reason Target had nada available for pick up so I got some of this Garnier Whole Blends Miracle Frizz Tamer 10-in-1 Coconut Leave-In Treatment and it isn’t Kristen Ess but it sure is nice for taming frizz and hydrating my hair! I mist it in after my shower, comb through, and it does a fairly nice job taming any frizz as my hair dries down!

Winky Lux Wakey Wakey Eye Cream $31
Winky Lux has an entire range of skincare at Target now and of course, the eye cream was the first thing that got me! This hydrating eye cream promises a formula infused with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and caffeine to hydrate, brighten, and depuff eyes!

Winky Lux Neapolitan Lip Balm $18
Speaking of Winky Lux a new Neapolitan Ice Cream inspired tri-colored lip balm that hydrate lips and gives a sheer hint of of pink tint!

Winky Lux Neapolitan Tri-colored Lip Gloss $18
If balm isn’t your thing there’s also a Neapolitan Ice Cream inspired lipgloss that gives lips a kiss of shine, color, and moisture!

Lip Smacker Bunny Best Flavor Forever Lip Balm Topper and Sticker Kit $4.99
Yes, my inner child demands I buy bunny lip balm! Sue me!

Almay Intense i-Color Shadow Palette $8.99
Oh hello newly packaged i-Color Eyeshadow Palettes! When did this revamp happen? You’re looking awful pigmented! Are you? Looks like Almay revamped the old i-Color Eyeshadow Palettes for Spring 2021 and they sure are looking lovely!

Bioderma Hydrabio Serum $25
Rejoice! Target now carries almost all of the Bioderma Skincare Collection! Dry, dehydrated skin start with this serum! It’ll instantly hydrate and moisturize skin!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I haven’t been inside. target since March 2020. Their drive up pick up has been a lifesaver at times. I didn’t know there were wax melts there. I just did a blind buy of a Threshold wax melt pack with three scents in one pack with an order I was going to place anyway. For $1.99 what can it hurt to try it.

oh my god you must be dying! I’ve been but it’s a really fast grab stuff and go which doesn’t make it terribly fun! I mostly do curbside as it’s easier and safer! Let me know what you think of them! I was impressed! They smell really nice!

That’s a funny coincidence – I literally just thought of those Almay quads (quints? Were they quints?) today while putting on foundation for the first time in about four months. And they look beautiful!

Have you tried the Jason Wu Beauty? That’s a new Target exclusive, I think. And the Taraji P Henson shampoo line is targeted to textured hair (aka not me) but her scalp wash has me intrigued.

    • Isabella Muse

They look revamped and quite pigmented looking too! Hmmmmmm! I am in the process of testing out JW ;-D Not great sadly but we’ll see maybe my mind will change. How about you? I haven’t tried anything from Taraji P Henson yet but going to look up the scalp wash now ;-D Always up for new hair care lately!

Not yet! We’re still jobless over here so I’m not spending any beauty money, but I’m eyeing up 19/99, About Face, Jones Road and Em Cosmetics for when I am!

That garland inspires me to add crepe paper carrots to my decorating (such as it is) this Easter. How can it be Lent already?!

I bought the Jason Wu matte oil thing last night at Target but have not tried it yet and don’t want to until there are more online reviews. So the rest of the JW stuff was meh for you? I hope we can look forward to a comprehensive review from you.
