Gong hei fat choy friends! The Lunar Year looms ahead and we can hope and pray it means good things for 2021! Of course, their are no shortage of Chinese New Year Makeup Collections including a new E.L.F. Cosmetics Lunar Year 2021 Collection featuring two gift sets. Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the first time I’ve seen a Lunar Year Collection from E.L.F.!
