Going To Target For Toilet Paper? Coming Out With $200 Worth Of Makeup? I Get You!
I totally know you’ve done the Target run for toilet paper or some Smartly All-Purpose Cleaner (you know the one that smells like an Anthropologie Candle) and come out of the store with $200 of god knows what. I bet most of it was skincare or makeup! Now that Ulta is headed into Target stores you can expect to up the amount you spend every time you go.
