Urban Decay Wild West Eyeshadow Palette Leaked On Zulily

I have my doubts that Urban Decay Wild West Eyeshadow Palette was supposed to pop up o Zulily first but it did somehow and here we are! The Urban Decay Wild West Eyeshadow Palette is a Spring 2021 launch with 12 new shades inspired by California’s deserts, endless skies, and Joshua Trees.

Update: The palette is now available at sephora.com!

This palette contains twelves shades with a mix of pale peaches, metallic bronzes, deep greens, and turquoises in matte, shimmer, metallic, and matte finishes. Apparently it has a launch of February 8th at sephora.com but I can’t confirm that. I do know that Urban Decay reached out to me late last month about a new launch but I was only able to give them my shipping into and other info was going to follow closer to the launch date. I imagine that PR mailing is this new Wild West Eyeshadow Palette.

Ironically the news of the Wild West Eyeshadow Palette comes so soon after I posted how much Urban Decay has changed and how the quality just wasn’t what it used to be. I expect no different from this launch unfortunately. There’s nothing really innovative here! It’s a very pretty palette but if you were hoping that Spring 2021 would bring some bold, pigmented rainbow hued eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay I’m sad to say that’s not happening here. It’s very Estee Lauder Bronze Goodness of them though isn’t it? The turquoise paired up with the bronze-y browns! I’ve always been a fond fan of that combo but not sure I need all these brown shadows in my life! My collection of brown and natural eyeshadows is pretty vast at this point!

But I’ve never said no to more…!

We’ll have to see of the Urban Decay Wild West Eyeshadow Palette brings some quality our way as that might make us overlook the redudant shade line up!

Are you excited about this one?

I saw it the other day and thought “Why is this palette on a discount site when I’ve never seen it before?” That’s a major oops!

It is incredible boring looking. I dont have a huge eyeshadow colection and I could dupe this thing in a heartbeat. Easy pass if is real. We are trapped in our homes, give me something fun I can play with even if only I will see it

I try so hard to love UD. It’s a nostalgia thing, I remember being OBSESSED with Gwen Stefani and my first red lip product ever was a Gash Lip Gunk.

They’re like a boyfriend who is just being increasingly horrible to make you break up with him instead of just breaking it off themselves.

This palette kind of reminds me of the Urban Decay Beached Palette from a few years ago. It has a few more shades but many of the eye shadows are similar. Definitely a hard pass for me. I didn’t buy the Beached palette then and won’t buy this one now.

Someone in a chat room that I’m in saw it on Ebay. There was a lot of debate if it was real or a mock up . Interesting to see that it’s real . Kind of an interesting theme .

The colors are interesting in this one I’m not so sure about it. I can see why people thought it was fake!

A few months back, I had seen an Urban Decay palette featured on someone’s TikTok called “The Naked Grunge Palette”. Then the pandemic hit and I never heard or saw anything more. Have you heard anything about the release of a Grunge palette by chance? It was super beautiful, but I haven’t been able to find any info on it since!

I’m so excited for this palette. Love the colors and the fact that you can get multiple different looks as opposed to their past few launches which created really similar looks with similar colors (like heat, ultraviolet, smokey, honey, cherry, 3). I do wish they included a few more shimmers and maybe a green or green/brown color. The naked line isn’t supposed to be “bold and pigmented.” It will always have a more natural look that is wearable for everyday since that is the theme, regardless of what colors they come out with.
