Are You Missing Sales I Post?

Hey there!

Happy Hump Day! I hope you’re having a great week. My work life has been swamped lately and I hardly have a chance to breath!

I just wanted to give everyone who subscribes to my newsletter a heads up. Anything I post on my blog for the day is captured and sent via newsletter the next day. That means if I do a post today you won’t see it until tomorrow if you subscribe to my newsletter! This is fine if it’s just a review or a regular makeup post but if it’s a sale you have a good chance of missing out if you aren’t checking my blog daily and relying on my newsletter for all the info!

If you are missing out on any sale posts I would recommend following on social media! All my posts are shared across social media! I post on Twitter, Facebook, and I put all my posts into my Instastories feed on Instagram!

If you’re concerned about missing some sale I would recommend you follow me across social media. I’m all mentioning this as I get nasty emails sometimes saying that the item is off sale by the time the newsletter goes out.

I hope this helps!

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The You May Enjoy section at the bottom of all your posts links to old posts about various sales. But when I see it I think oh I need to check that out only to discover it’s years old. Since your blog is designed to only be about current sales, you may want to remove that section as it’s not relevant.

the old posts links are automated. Typically it’s helpful when I do a review as it’ll point to a variety of other products that may be like the one I just reviewed. Unfortunately I have no option to remove it on sale items. Sorry for the issue :-/

Muse, I can’t believe you’ve gotten nasty emails about sale notifications being too late. I know that type of thing happens in the blog world but it’s still disappointing to hear. I’m grateful to you for spending the time to round up all of the sales and do posts on them. I’ve snagged quite a few items that I would have otherwise missed if you hadn’t posted about them. Keep up the good work, you do a fantastic job!

As for the nasty email authors, you’re not their damn personal shopper. Maybe they could do their own hunt for sales. WTF is wrong with people??
