About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I reeeeeeaaaaaalllllyyyy want the Natasha Denona palette, but think I’m going to be responsible and get the Artist Couture one instead.

  • Jackie

I went nuts for the pics of the Huda brown palettes then had time to weigh the decision to purchase. I prefer matte shadows, & with my purchase earlier of the KKW Honey and Mauve palettes, I probably don’t need much else. They are really nice.

Definitely the TooFaced Teddy Bare palette–I’ve been waiting for them to release an updated nude palette! And the Milani Getaway palette looks like fun–I love creative packaging (probably why I recently bought the CoachxSephora T-Rex palette!).

I am most looking forward to Huda’s Brown Obsessions palettes, I think there’s one in Toffee shades that would be more to my liking. I have the Smokey Obsessions one of the past, and it is excellent.

  • Traci

All of these are beautiful, especially the Artist Couture Ethereal Bloom Eyeshadow and Pigment Palette. It’s so different than any of the other shades that I currently have.
