I just got a call from my the village that a thunder storm was about to break and yeah, it’s pretty dark outside my home office window and the view of the Hudson I have shows some waves kicking up at the moment but that doesn’t stop me from dreaming of warmer days ahead and wearing shiny lipsticks like Chanel Rouge Coco Bloom Lipstick! Rouge Coco Bloom Lipstick are Chanel’s newest shiny, hydrating lipstick (if you’re not feeling that price tag on these head over to my Maybelline Color Sensational Shine Compulsion Lipstick post as they are on sale for $3.99!).

I’m a die hard for a good shiny lipstick! I’m ever so relieved that mattes are finally slowing down a little as for a while there everything that was created for lips was extra long-wearing and matte in finish ugh. Just give me a good shiny Japanese lipstick and call it a day! Thankfully enough we’ve seen a lot of decent shiny lipsticks launching the last year or two!

Rouge Coco Bloom Lipsticks are available in twenty gorgeous shades and promise an extra shiny lipstick! Hey, they also went all out with some cool casing that has a transparent cap so you can see the shade inside. I grabbed the shade Sunlight and Opportunity. These are $40 each but I’m sure I’ll be pleased with them as Chanel lipsticks and I get on famously well.

Chanel Rouge Coco Bloom Lipstick are available now.

Are you lemming them?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse.
