    I decided to try Skinstore since they had 20% off on Skinceuticals that rarely goes on sale. It was horrible, Muse. They created a shipping label, charged my card and didn’t do anything for 2 weeks. They don’t have a customer service phone number, only chats that are constantly unavailable and emails that are answered after 3 days. They refused to refund me but after i said i would open a dispute with paypal they finally refunded me. It was traumatizing haha

      Never experienced that with skinstore nell but omg dermstore! Dermstore took ages to ship and it just kept saying on the way on the way and no updates at all! Thankfully they sent out a replacement package but they had me wait a while before they did which was nerve racking! But skinstore was good! I normally get my order in like three days from them!
