The Flower Beauty Chill Out Summer 2021 Collection arrived at ulta.com today and with it a new Chill Out Smoothing Color Corrector which I want. Chill Out Smoothing Color Corrector is available in three shades and is a peach toned corrector to neutralize dark circles. Full disclosure here but Flower Beauty has never been by go to for concealer. Their formulas do disappoint! Not sure if I should jump on this one as I’m concerned it’s going to be dry as hell. Plus I really do hate correcting and concealing. It’s just so overkill! I’d rather have my concealer act as my correct as well. Who knows this might be some incredible formula! It does contain CBD as well as Vitamin E and jojoba extract for moisture.

What do you think? Worth a try?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m a CBD fanatic, so this collection appeals to me, plus I’m all about correcting dark circles, but I’ll wait for reviews.

I’m prob the only person that doesn’t get CBD in makeup! No offense!

I just bookmarked it! I’ll read it in a bit. If Jane Fonda approves it I’ll try it lol ;-D she looks amazing!

Right there with you, Muse! I’ll use what Jane’s using.

No, you’re not. But I wonder if that’s because high octane CBD did zero for me, so I don’t see any benefit…or because it’s so bandwagon-y and hyped. CBD def works for most and maybe it does soothe the skin. But my first thought is ‘gimmick.’

Unfortunately, I am one to yell gimmick too! I question how much is inside a product to actually provide the benefits it promises!
