Cetaphil Sheer Hydration Body Spray Moisturizer is a new body spray lotion that contains a hydrating blend of hyaluronic acid, sunflower seed oil, vitamin B5, and antioxidant rich vitamin E to sooth and soften dry, dehydrated skin.

I love a good moisturizer spray! I find them convenient to use and mess-free! I also like the thinner consistency as they aren’t as sticky or thick as a body cream or lotion. I mean, I’m all Bath and Body Works, the Body Shop, etc…but some of their formulas are so crazy thick and they take ages to absorb not to mention they can be so tacky on my skin. Spray moisturizers tend to have much runnier, thinner textures that absorb a hell of a lot easier.

Cetaphil Sheer Hydration Body Spray Moisturizer is pretty light in the realms of moisture but it might just be a nice pick for Summer.

Cetaphil Sheer Hydration Body Spray Moisturizer comes housed in a 7 oz spray bottle and will set you back $11 dollars. I got mine at Target recently! It was one of those runs where I went in for some laundry detergent and came out with two million dollars worth of stuff.

This is totally over-marketed to death and you’re going to start seeing it pop up across a ton of media outlets. Allure is already calling it “intensely hydrating”. But you know, ever always the voice of reason! It’s not intensely hydrating! It’s a very light hydration that makes it a nice pick for Summer but won’t cure super dry skin!

The spray is actually a finer, thinner emulsion that absorbs super easily into skin without leaving behind a sticky, tacky film. I have drier skin and I can easily admit this isn’t doing much for that issue. It will smooth and soften to some extent but it won’t cure dry skin. It sort of gives my skin a nice softening sheen.

It was developed with sensitive skin in mind but it does deserve mentioning it contains fragrance. I found the fragrance pleasant but sensitive users might not appreciate it. It’s a fresher floral scent that reminds me of a hand cream or an old school body lotion. It’s quite pretty and does linger nicely on skin!

Cetaphil Sheer Hydration Body Spray Moisturizer isn’t going to change your dry skin’s life but it’s a nice lightweight moisturizer for the warmer weather that absorbs in a snap and delivers lightweight moisture!

Had to laugh as I ran for Wally’s opening bell @7A and spent 150 on just dog treats and laundry. Not only that, said ‘That’s not bad’ aloud at the self checkout. Next Wal-run will get this spray, but it might be Sept with the 15 different laundry products. Fragrance doesn’t bother me below the neck, esp if it’s light.
