The E.L.F. Jelly Pop Collection has returned and with it the E.L.F. Jelly Pop Primer! Don’t get me wrong I really enjoy E.L.F. Mint Melt Cooling Face Primer but I’m pretty hyped the Jelly Pop one is back! Actually the really good news is the Jelly Pop Collection is back!
