    N is so right. Ulta seems to to start a promo the day after the end of the last one. So diametrically opposed to S’s twice a year true discounts. It’s as if U is saying Effabuncha exclusivity and cachet, we’re here to sell product. Let’s make the selection wide, acquire as many brands as we can (esp HE) and keep the interest up with promos. They are doing a great job bringing brands on board, including BOBs and quasi-indies. Vast step up on haircare. You practically have to know a hair classification system to figure out what to get. I (and probably many others) campaigned for Cosrx, and Voila. hello, listening and responding. Some days it feels like badgering, but mostly it feels like opportunity.
