Heads up Tarte Sugar Rush fans! Ulta.com has 30% Off select Tarte Sugar Rush items! Two items to grab up with would be the stunning Tarte Maneater Guide To Glam Eye & Cheek Palette ($21 on sale) or the Positive Energy Eyeshadow Palette ($22). I wrote off the Sugar Rush when it originally launched but I take it all back because they really have added some fun items to the collection that are worth picking up. In particular, these two palettes are quite nice!
