We’re Doing It Manually! We’re Just Going To Do It Manual!

With the Clarisonic gone and so few good options available we may have to resort to manual cleansing brushes once again! I grabbed up the Sephora Makeup Remover and Cleansing Vegan Brush recently and I regret nothing.

This little gadget set me back a mere $12 and it’s a rather nice manual cleansing brush. I’ve used a variety of manual brushes over the years and of course, little silicone pads which I love. With Clarisonic soon disappearing and me over here running low on replacement brushes I needed to find something else to use to wash my face. Sure, hands are plenty but sometimes I feel like a brush gets my face extra clean. I haven’t yet found a cleansing brush that replaced the Clarisonic! I love my Foreo well enough but I prefer a brush.

This fits the bill perfectly for me. It has a nice long handle with soft bristles and a center that’s silicone making for a good target to squeeze your cleanser into! There’s absolutely nothing special about it but I love how the handle is a bit bigger making it easy to move around my face. I also feel like it gives me a nice deep cleanse.

So, if you’re missing your Clarisonic and just need a nice little brush to clean you race with this Sephora Makeup Remover and Cleansing Vegan Brush might fit the bill!

Snatch it up now at Sephora.

What are you using to replace your beloved Clarisonic?

I didn’t have a Clairsonic — too pricey for me — but I had the old Ulta brand cheep-cheep rotating brush and loved it. It died recently but I’ve found that holding it and using it gently on my face in a rotating motion works just as well. Money and batteries saved!

I bought some knock-off brush heads on Amazon and they fit well and seem to work well enough. Im still rocking the classic Clarisonic – for $200, Im not giving that thing up until I absolutely have to!

I got the walmart ones but not convinced I love them just yet!

I have a couple of Clarisonics and a stash of brush heads. Both devices still going strong but I know from experience they wont last forever. Im hoping that by the time both of mine die there will be a good replacement on the market!

I switched to the Foreo Luna several years ago. I liked it far and above Clarisonic, which I found too abrasive. I had to buy it twice though because I kept dropping the first one (read as fling across the shower!!)

I’ve been using the $20 Olay brush since forever. I must have had it at least a dozen years, and it’s still as good as new. The two batteries last forever as well.

I used to have one centuries ago! It was a pretty good brush!

I love my Foreo and recently started using a Konjac sponge and am surprised at how much I like those.

I snatched a pmd obsidian recently. I don’t know about the cleaning part yet but I do love the obsidian side since it heat up so you can do a massage too. I only paid $69 for it since it is a boxycharm pop up. My fat girl cheap self was quite hesitant when to pay the full $179 retail price.
