    Gonna rant about the unavailability of Peace Out Retinol Eye Stick in Sephora Europe. I even checked out Paris’ Champs-Elysees Sephora! No Peace Out Retinol Eye Stick. And France has lots of Sephoras especially Paris.

    Maybe the European Union’s cosmetics czar considers encapsulated retinol in a solid lipid to be in a drug category? When I inquire in Munich about various products to cosmetics sales associates, they often give me the reply, “…not in Germany, not in Germany, etc.”

    Good thing I did X-Mess shopping early this year as I do every year above husband’s objections. Thank-you Muse for letting me rant!
