Ulta has early access to the brand new Benefit Boi-ing Bright On Concealer ($24) for Diamond and Platinum Members today only. This is a new version of Boi-ing in a cream formula versus the solid cream we know! Available in the shades Benefit Boi-ing Bright On Concealer promises to brighten the undereye area while color-correcting pigments help ease the look of dark circles.

The concealer has a hydrating serum-like formula that applies and blends easily with a lightweight feel that immediately brightens the eye area without caking and wears for a solid eight hours.

I used to be a huge Benefit Boi-ing fan back in the day. I stopped using it as my eyes got a bit older and I needed something a bit more moisturizing. To this day, I still swear by it. It was a solid formula that really brightened up the area under my eyes. I even used it on my lids as a primer. I didn’t really love Boi-ing Cakeless Full Coverage Waterproof Liquid Concealer when it launched. It was a bit too heavy and dry for me. Oddly, the texture is super creamy but it settles into my fine lines horribly and looks very dry and cakey on me.

It looks like this new formulation has a better consistency that addresses that issue! I’ll have to see it and how it goes.

Features:

  • 3-in-1 Brightening
  • Immediately brighten under eyes
  • Color correct dark circles
  • Feels lightweight & silky-smooth
  • Applies & blends easily
  • Buildable coverage
  • Non-caking
  • 8-Hour Wear
  • Waterproof

Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Bright On Concealer has early access today only at Ulta for Diamond and Platinum Members.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I hated the cakeless, too. I think it got tossed while packing after Tim Gunning it (make it work!) and not liking the results. And BITD liked the pat on. Checked it on Ulta and the shade range is VERY limiting. I think that with the expanded diversity in color cosmetics (big yay here, about time) the medium shades are significantly darker than say, 5 years ago, in the limited shade range products. Medium today is more the middle of reality, not the middle of Caucasians. For former mediums, gotta start looking at light. Yes, they have one olive shade, but chances are you’re lighter or darker than that. The light cool looks about a MAC 10-15 and the light medium (description, called medium cool), looks about a MAC 30-35. This is the Swiss cheese of concealer ranges, and I’m out. Ironically, think I will try the KVD alcohol formula, lol. The strivectin serum sounds good and it has a tiny tint. Revolution is the only one of far too many, that I’ve used up in a year. If the concealer bandit took the rest of my ?>25 types, I’d be ok. If he took the Revolutions, I’d hunt him down and wring his neck.
