You Want to Double Cleanse Without Drying Your Skin Out? Try Clinique All About Clean Rinse-Off Foaming Face Cleanser!
I watched a Tiktok a few weeks ago and a girl was triple cleansing her skin and I was like, wait, now I have to triple cleanse? Double cleansing isn’t enough!? I had to shake myself a little bit and remind that what I’m currently doing is plenty to get dirt, oil, and makeup off my face. Yes, we want to get all the gunk off our faces but what we don’t want is to dry our skin out and strip it of oils it needs.
So, you wanna double cleanse without drying your skin out?
Try Clinique All About Clean Rinse-Off Foaming Face Cleanser!
Ok, hear me out. It’s a controversial opinion but using a foaming cleanser as the second step of a double cleanse isn’t exactly ideal. You want to use a cleansing milk or hydrating gel cleanser as your second step. A foam can be a bit overkill but I’m been known to break the roles.
My initial cleanse about 99% of my makeup is done with a cleansing balm (my current favorite Farmacy Clearly Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm or Paula’s Choice Omega + Complex Cleansing Balm) or a cleansing oil (my favorite would be Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil).
I follow up with Clinique All About Clean Rinse-Off Foaming Face Cleanser to get me that nice squeaky clean feel. This is a thicker cream cleanser that creates a ton of lather! I do so love lather! It makes me feel clean haha! I think the highlight of the cleanser is the fact it doesn’t leave me tight or dry. That’s a plus for me as anytime I clean my face many times I come out of it feel ten times tighter than when I went in. This doesn’t hydrate by any means but it doesn’t make me feel dry or tight either! This particularly formula is created for combination oily and oil skin but I had no issues using it. It works perfectly fine on me without stripping my skin!
All in all, a great little addition to my double cleanse.
Try it if you have drier skin I think you’ll like it.
