Too Faced Born this Way Sunset Stripped Eyeshadow Palette ($52) is yet another nude eyeshadow palette and I’m sad to say I don’t hate it. I know, I know, we have two million nude eyeshadow palettes already and this one sure as hell looks like the original Too Faced The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette but, I still sort of want it.

Please don’t judge me. Still friends?

Too Faced Born this Way Sunset Stripped Eyeshadow Palette is a Summer 2021 release and a new take on the original The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette with a selection of 16 eyeshadows that have matte, metallic, shimmer, and sparkle finishes. The promo images makes this version of the palette appear a little lighter than the original Natural Nudes version.

Shades include:

  • High Tide (warm taupe matte)
  • Shell We Dane (warm light pink shimmer)
  • Suns Out (light beige gold metallic)
  • Nude Beach (neutral beige matte)
  • Sun Chaser (medium warm brown matte)
  • Surfboard (golden peach metallic)
  • Shell Yeah (light peach with pink shimmer)
  • Butter Pecan (light milky orange matte)
  • Golden Hour (rose terracotta matte)
  • Hey, Honey (true bronze metallic)
  • So, So Hot (medium ruby metallic)
  • Chai Times (deep cranberry matte)
  • Cocoa Glow (dark warm brown matte)
  • Bonfire Babes (deep bronze metallic)
  • Sandy Cheeks (brown olive shimmer)
  • Black Sand (soft black matte)

This is an early launch and I suspect it’ll be removed as the original launch date is set for the end of March so if you do want it snag it now from Nordstorm. The entire Too Faced Sunset Stripped Collection for Summer 2022 will arrive in May. We’ll have to wait and see what else launches with this new eyeshadow palette.

Too Faced Born this Way Sunset Stripped Eyeshadow Palette is available now.

No judging here Muse!! I gotta say, I kinda like it too!!! Even with the metallic shades, which these old eyes can’t wear… they are kinda fun to layer over eyeliner.

I may kinda watch it and see if it goes on sale somewhere… I won’t pay full price for it – got waaaay too many nude shadows to be doin’ that – but fer cheap, I might jump on it….

Lately I have doubts about sales….! But I hope it does too ;-D I won’t grab it at full price as I can prob dupe it but a sale…mmm I’d do it 😀 Glad I’m not alone loving on it!

Does it look lighter? It looks like a similar depth to me, but less pink/peach and more yellow based. I think it’s pretty to look at, but, I don’t wear to many brown eyeshadows. LOL! I think the shimmers here look like they are a little more intense than the original palette, which I think will look really good with the mattes. I’ll wait to see some reviews/swatches.

Those shimmers look way more interesting than their last nude palette . I don’t mind it , but I definitely have to be choosy with my palettes as I have so many as is . Super pretty though.

Lol! I don’t hate it either. Aside from the occasional purple or green look, I live in neutrals, nudes and metallics. This palette looks warmer and would compliment the other. I save all the points at Ulta, so I can enjoy palettes like these guilt free. Plus, it’s that time to declutter and dekraapify. One in, many out rule.

LOL I like the one in and many our rule, Elise! I embrace that lately!

I would never judge as I have so many nude palettes it’s unbelievable. But when I saw the picture I thought they were just rereleasing the original palette. It looks very similar so I’m safe! But you go!
