A Beloved Skincare Brand Just Launched a Cleansing Balm

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

CeraVe Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm has a new unique cleansing balm that just launched at ulta.com! This new balm removes long-lasting makeup including waterproof mascara without stripping skin! It contains jojoba oil along with 3 essential ceramides to keep help the skin maintain moisture. It’s been tested on sensitive skin as well and is suitable for all skin types. The formula is fragrance and paraben-free.

I technically don’t need a cleansing balm at the moment as I’m still all about Paula’s Choice Cleansing Balm (LOVE IT!) but I’m also a big lover of CeraVe and curious about this formula.

I’ll let ya know what I think after trying.

CeraVe Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm is available now for $13.99!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Thanks for sharing this tidbit. I love CeraVe products and will have to try this cleansing balm for sure. I’m currently using the Paula’s Choice Omega Complex one. I’m on my third tube but I’ve been experimenting with a few others, like Elemis, to see if I can find that holy grail of cleansing balms.

I use the Paula’s Choice too! It’s my HG ;-D Try Farmacy! That’s an HG for sure!

Can’t resist a beautiful new Cerave product. Ordered it.

Must try! I go back and forth between Clinique and Farmacy, depending which one is on sale. I have tried Physician’s Formula ( didn’t like) and the one from Neutrogena ( a good one.)

I love Farmacy 😀 def took the place of Clinique for me but gotta admit Paula’s Choice has been my go-to for a few months now!

If it works well, and doesn’t contain irritants it could be a winner for me as a cheaper replacement for Clinique Take The Day Off balm!

Daaaaannnnggggg….. Gotta try that one for sure! Cerave is probably my fave of DS skincare, all around. Had no idea they were coming out with a cleansing balm.

And, yah, I need another one like I need 30 more pounds, but Imma get it anyway. So there.

And just went to the cerave website, and it lists the balm as “coming soon” along with a bi-phase eye makeup remover called “comforting eye makeup remover” that might be interesting as well! 🙂

I’ve never been wowed by Cerave products, they always reminded me of drugstore equivalence to Clinique which never did a thing for my skin. I’ve been loving the Clean it Zero Revitalizing cleansing balm from Banila Co lately.
