Philosophy Hula Girl Body Spritz Review
I hope you got your hands on the Philosophy Tropical Treats Spritz Trio from qvc.com that comes with this massive 16 oz Hula Girl Body Spritz! I got my order yesterday and was terribly impressed by these. I’m not really sure what I was thinking but I didn’t realize the size of these. I wasn’t expecting such a fat, chubby bottle with such a generous amount. I didn’t feel guilty at all misting myself madly with them.
The set comes with three Summer fragrances and Hula Girl is one of them!
Sadly, Philosophy Hula Girl Body Spritz isn’t sold as a solo mist. You have to get the trio which includes three 16 oz scents. Too bad, as I’d have liked to repurchase it when I run out but nonetheless I’m happy to have this one! I have Philosophy Hula Girl Shower Gel but damn it, I wish I still had the body lotion which is long since gone from my stash of bath and body goodies as it would layer so happily with this body mist.
Hula Girl Shower Gel has always been one of my Summer Shower staples. It reminds me of Hawaii or a tropical island! The mist is just as lovely! It’s refreshing, light, and slightly sweet, with a nice bit of creaminess. The scent has notes of orange and pineapple which burst forward with a lovely, soft mellow sandalwood and vanilla that adds the most beautiful creaminess to the scent!
It’s a mist so sadly, it’s not super strength beast mode you’re getting with this. It provides a light, refreshing scent that isn’t terribly long-wearing or strong but does linger nicely on the skin. It’s ideal for those long, hot, humid days of Summer when you want your fragrance to be light and not intrusive.
I really enjoyed it and I’m happy with the purchase. I hope they’ll do some Fall ones! I do wish they had done matching body creams as that would have definitely helped the fragrances last longer. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed Philosophy Hula Girl Body Spriz.
