Colourpop Wildflower Honey Shimmering Face & Body Powder Is Perfect for a Summer Glow
My heart aches for the fact that the larger Colourpop Wildflower Honey Shimmering Face & Body Powder is no longer! Well technically, you can still can get one for six bucks and I’d say don’t wait because it’s on clearance now and could disappear at any moment. I can’t believe this isn’t a permanent item. I’ve been hoarding away the compact I have but I may need to go in and get a backup before it disappears forever.
This is thee glowing, radiant powder you want for Summer looks. It’s amazing! So shimmery, so pretty, and yes, I’m using it on my face and not my body!
Colourpop Wildflower Honey Shimmering Face & Body Powder is $6 for 0.18 oz of powder. This is larger compact that will fit your face or body brush easily. I honestly, haven’t used this anywhere on my body so, I can’t really speak on that. But it makes a great blush or highlighter.
I’ve always been attracted to shimmery peach and coral shades. I think that stems from my love of NARS Orgasm. This shade def reminds me of the shade but on a much grander scale. This is a gorgeous coral with a stunning golden sparkle. It’s heavy on the shimmer which means a lighter hand and plenty of blending is required to get it to look just right. It’s also a little bit difficult to pick up with a brush due to the slurry-like texture of the powder which has a lightly creamy yet powdery consistency. You can sort of swipe it with your finger and pat it onto cheeks if you want or use a fiber brush to blend, blend, blend it into cheeks for the best finish. Either way, it’s A LOT of golden gorgeous shimmer but I adore it. It creates this beautiful golden coral look on my cheeks and maintains that glow and color for a solid ten hours before it fades. P.S. Use this for an eyeshadow too! It makes eyes pop!
It also works incredibly onto of peach or coral blushes or cheek stains like Benefit Cha Cha or just applied on the cheek bones to add radiance and highlight to that area to give a sharper look to your blush! In my photo here I’m just using it as a blush applied to the apples of my cheeks.
I think it’s stunning and a perfect shade for Summer looks! This one is a must if you love golden corals or peaches!
