NARS Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil Re-Packaged or New?
NARS Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil are gearing up for a Fall 2023 launch but are they just a re-package of the Velvet Matte Lip Pencils? This new vegan formulation contains no of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, and contains less than one percent synthetic fragrance.
Available in ten shades these new matte lip pencils are matte in finish and promise 12-hours of wear with a creamy consistency that’s transfer-proof. You can sharpen these but they do not include a sharpener, it’s sold separately. As you can see they are still busy phasing out the black NARS packaging as these come in colored barrels reflecting the shade inside.
