This Solid Perfume Smells Like a Cadbury Creme Egg
Sheglam Willy Wonka Golden Eye Solid Perfume ($3.99) is a solid, egg shaped perfume that launched with the limited-edition Sheglam Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Collection. Sadly, this is no longer sold as an individual item but it still is available in the Sheglam Willy Wonka Full Collection Set which is how I got my hands on it. The set includes three lip sets, blush, an eyeshadow palette, and a variety of other items for $39.99. I got it on sale and paid around $27 with free shipping. There are a slew of coupons around that will help you snag free shipping and a discount if you want this set! I have A LOT of makeup but I’m ever so glad I grabbed this set. It’s really cute and the makeup isn’t half bad either!

Who remembers the Lancome Mystery Game Collection for Fall 2007? I feel like that was the last time I actually enjoyed a Lancome Fall release! It came with this awesome eyeshadow palette shaped like a dice! It also, included the Lancome Baume Baiser! It tasted like sweet, creamy marshmallow! I believe I still have it stashed away in my archives!
I’m mentioning this because the Sheglam Willy Wonka Golden Eye Solid Perfume reminded me of that scent a bit. This is delicious! It’s totally a Cadbury Creme Egg to me. It’s this creamy lactonic chocolate scent that smells a little bit like marshmallows covered in chocolate. It’s the creamy center of a Cadbury Creme Egg engulfed in the warm hug of the chocolate that surrounds it. If I could eat this I would! No wonder Veruca wanted a Golden Goose NOW! Girlfriend, new where it was at! I’m dead serious that I wish I could find this in a perfume! It’s such a warm, cozy fragrance that reminds me of Easter.
As you can see it comes in a cute little Golden Egg-shaped sphere that looks like an EOS Lip Balm. It has a moisturizing feel and glides easily on skin without being tacky or sticky. The scent isn’t super strong but it does linger nicely in the air. Sadly, it doesn’t last very long and requires a touch up if you want that yummy creamy chocolate scent to last. I apply it on my pulse points, around my neck, and behind my knees.
I’m absolutely in love with this cute little find and so glad I purchased the entire collection!
