Tower 28 Beauty Lip Drip Cookie Butter Lipgloss Set ($24) is a new, limited-edition full-size set of ShineOn Lip Jelly Non-Sticky Glosses that’s available for Holiday 2023. You likely know already that I’m a huge Tower 28 ShineOn Lip Jelly Non-Sticky Gloss fan girl. I think this formula is incredible. It’s not sticky, it feels plush, it leaves lips looking full and shiny, and it’s pigmented. They make a great gloss to say the least.
I’m happy to report this set sees the return of the ShineOn Lip Jelly Non-Sticky Glosses in Chestnut which is a warm brown with gold shimmer! You may remember it launched in the Just Add Milky Set from last year. This set claims to be inspired by “cookie butter” which I can totally see that vibe from Chestnut. I can’t recall what last year’s set was inspired by but the shades were exactly the same. You got Chestnut as well as Chill which is a completely clear gloss.
Is this uneventful? Possibly. I am slightly disappointed they repackaged last year’s set. BUT also, a part of me is actually happy they did because Chestnut is actually a fav shade of mine and I don’t have a lot of it left so, I’m happy to be able to re-add it to my collection again this year! It’s really a gorgeous natural brown shade with a touch of subtle golden shimmer. It’s a perfect shade for Fall.
