Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex ($69) is a new moisturizer that promises to hydrate drier, more mature skin or to sooth and smooth a compromised skin barrier. What is Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex? What will Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex do for my skin? Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex is a reparative moisturizer that sooths, smooths, and improve elasticity while supporting a healthy barrier function. It hydrates, firms, and reduces redness to restore skin to a healthier state according to the Drunk Elephant. It’s available now on the Sephora app if anyone is interested in trying it!

I swear brands have caught on that people have been abusing their skin since the introduction of what I call the Ordinary’s Vampire Peel aka AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution. Have you ever seen people Instagram pouring this on and recommend leaving it on for half an hour. Please don’t do that otherwise you’ll find yourself really needing a product like Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream! Or you can be me and buy into their marketing of super hydrated, firmer skin! Because that sounds awesome thanks every so much!

This contains Glucosyl Ceramides that straighten the skin’s barrier while increasing the water content of it. It also contains Glycosphingolipids to help improve elasticity and barrier strength while locking in moisture! But let’s not stop there they also load this up with Beta-sitosterol to sooth skin as well as Zinc Gluconate to add with redness. And even Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate aka vitamin C to create brighter skin! And of course, a slew of ceramides. And best of all it comes in a nice airtight jar so all that goodness remains locked in.

Drunk Elephant Bora Barrier Rich Repair Cream with 6-Butterlipid Complex available now! Do you think you’ll try it?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Sounds very interesting. But, I’ve tried many so called barrier creams to no avail. My skin is dry/normal. I just wait for more reviews. I’m in south Florida but on those “cold” winter days and nights my skin gets even drier. And, I’m only talking the 50’s. So, I’ll wait until there are more reviews.
