Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pen launches NOW at elfcosmetics.com for Beauty Squad Members (free to join!) and it’ll be available in eight juicy shades and yeah, it does contain maracuja oil (look out, Tarte)! 1% of it to be exact for smoother, more hydrated lips. This 3-in-1 formula promises glossiness, plumping, and hydration with a cooling tingle in a clickable pen for easy application!
