Oily skin users rejoice because with Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Mattifying Water Powder Serum Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid has arrived! And it reminds me of something from the past…! Who recalls Urban Decay De-slick in a Tube? Man, that stuff was magic as this is from a dry skin girl! This is sort of reminds me of that! Well, technically the textures are different but the idea is the same!

Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Mattifying Water Powder Serum is a unique water-to-powder serum that primes skin while absorbing excess shine with a comfort matte complex that contains kaolin clay. It’s also formulated with niacinamide which is know to improve the texture of the skin while brightening. It promises to curb excess oil and shine all day. It’s a pretty uniqe formula as it’s a water that turns into a powder which is unlike the gel consistency of De-Slick in a Tube. It does say normal, combo, or oily skin types can try it but looks like us dry girls and guys might not want to risk it! But I’d be willing to test it in the Summer when my skin is a bit more oily!

Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Mattifying Water Powder Serum is coming soon! Want to check it out?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. There used to be a revlon coconut water face product that had water crystals somehow suspended in the powder… this reminds me of that!
