Too Faced Glowver Puppy Love Highlighter for Spring 2019
Clover’s Too Faced has been extended with a new Glowver Puppy Love Highlighter for Spring 2019 that’s available exclusively at toofaced.com. I have the Too Faced Clover Eyeshadow Palette and I loved the artwork but wasn’t too big a fan of the eyeshadow quality which is why I never purchased any of the newer offerings in the collection. I am a little intrigued by this highlighter as it looks peachy however, it’s described as being a champagne-gold. I’d totally be on board if it was a golden peach. I dunno what it is, maybe blame Natasha Denona, but I’m obsessed with all the coral and peach highlighters this season!
The palette is housed in a cute Clover inspired compact and has an “ultra-creamy” formula although, it does look like powder to me! It can be used subtle or built up for more intensity.
