Two New Cleansers to Try this Summer

CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser and La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil are two new cleaners you might want to peek at this Summer! Apparently foaming cleansing oils are going to be a thing now because both brands are launching similar formulas! These silky oils transform to a rich lather upon contact with water!

CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser $17.99
A fragrance-free oil to foam cleanser formulated for dry skin infused with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, squalane and triglycerides.

La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil $18.99
A fragrance-free non-drying cleanser with shea butter, niacinmamide, and glycerin that provides 24 hours hydration while gently removing makeup and oil.

I’m curious about both of these! I ordered them and will let you know what I think in a review shortly.

CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser and La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil are available now!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. These look promising for dry skin. I noticed the CeraVe one says, “Avoid contact with eyes”. I wonder if that means not to use in on the eye area at all or to be careful to not get it into the eyes? The latter is obvious, but just wondering.

I can’t wait for your review. My all-time favorite cleanser is the Philosophy one-step facial cleanser.
