What is Your Biggest Beauty Want of the Moment? Here’s Mine!
Yeah, I know, it’s a little hard to get excited about makeup and beauty lately! First off, we’re just living in really chaotic times which are stressing us all out. Hurricanes and other natural disasters, the price of groceries, COVID still lingering around every corner, and many other things just sucks the joy out of everything lately. Thinking about your next beauty purchase is likely the last thing on your mind. Not to mention a lot of us have been on the beauty block for a long, long time and nothing is really new and exciting anymore. I still love makeup but I’m not as quick to purchase it as I once was and I’m a bit more thoughtful about what I do buy. I’m not sure if that wisdom came with age, having too much, or just wanting to spend time on the beauty I do love versus a ton of shiny new items that I might not love as much.
The Sephora Savings Event is currently happening and I’m happy to see I didn’t really do any major damage! Did you? I was surprised I even made it to Rouge this year. I realize I’ve said that the past three years but I truly am impressed that I get to that status. I think it’s because of the blog otherwise I’d likely not get to that point.
But facts is facts, I still get excited for makeup, new skincare, and fragrance! Speaking of fragrance…! Wanna hear my biggest beauty want of the moment? Or in this case fragrance want? I’ll share mine if you share yours!
I haven’t ordered it yet as it’ll have to be purchased from Italy and I’m cheap and don’t want to drop a ton of cash on shipping unless I know it’s going to be 100% awesome. BUT….! My current biggest fragrance lemming is Cerchi Nell’Acqua Gingerbread. It has notes of ginger, cinnamon, butter, shortbread, and sugar! I’m hoping it’ll smell like Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit and Bianco Latte had a baby! I’m not really prepared to drop the shipping price on this until I hear some reviews but I’m dying to try it!
