Macy’s 25 Days Of Beauty Advent Calendar for Holiday 2020 is now available at macys.com and it looks like a good one. This is the first makeup advent calendar we are seeing this year and it’s $99 with free shipping, a $10 gift card, and contains $434 worth of product.

I tend to enjoy beauty and makeup advent calendars and I find myself having to limit how many of them I buy! I always treat myself to the CT Beauty one every year because it’s such a luxurious experience not to mention it’s a value getting so many great Charlotte Tilbury picks! But I admit I can get carried away with these calendars! The Body Shops does amazing ones, Macy’s does a great one, it can get a little crazy as you just want to collect them all! I truly enjoy ones like the Macy’s and QVC one because they don’t settle on a single brand but have a variety of different brands which allows you to test out different products from different brands.

There’s a lot of new skincare options popping up for Fall 2020. With the cosmetic industry so saturated it seems like more and more beauty lovers are concentrating on skincare. But mind you, this isn’t only because beauty lovers are tired of endless palettes but it’s also, because we are staying inside a lot more and we have more time to concentrate on ourselves. Good skincare is key to good makeup anyway so dedicating time and attention to it is always a good idea.

Sephora Favorites have arrived for Holiday 2020 with a new selection of different gift sets that contain deluxe, mini, and full-size products in one great set ready for gifting (or getting). These are always a great way to try out a variety of different products from a variety of different brands without spending a ton of money! You know how I love Milk Hydro Grip Makeup Primer and I was pretty hyped about Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Setting + Refresh Spray but does it contain alcohol like the primer? Guess what? It does not! Wahoo! This formula is complete alcohol-free! And ready to give your face a glass-like finish! Speaking of glass skin it seems like everyone is launching a mist that will give you glass skin this season! Peach & Lily literally just launched Glass Skin Veil Mist I wonder how that formula compares to this Milk Makeup one?

Milk Hydro Grip Makeup Primer is definitely a go to of mine! It’s a gel primer that not only hydrate but really makes foundation look fresher and leaves skin looking natural. I love it! I hate the alcohol but I deal with it as I never come out of the experience feeling dry! Honestly, I’d pay big money for them to create this gel without alcohol in an eye primer-like formula. I think that would be really amazing!

For now though, we have this new mist! This one does throw me a little! First off, you know I tend to not using makeup setting mists all that much!
