Revlon PhotoReady Candid Antioxidant Concealer and Revlon PhotoReady Candid Anti-Pollution Setting Powder are two new additions to Revlon’s permanent collection. Revlon PhotoReady Candid Natural Finish Anti-Pollution Foundation launched earlier this Fall and now the line is being extended to include two more options.

Of course, the one that caught my eye was the Revlon PhotoReady Candid Antioxidant Concealer ($9.99 or Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off) that’s available in a whooping 18 shade selections. That’s a pretty huge selection of shades for drugstore concealer! It’s marketed for under eyes! YES! That’s exactly where I use concealer so this is for me. It’s free of oils and parabens as well as fragrance and has a doe-foot applicator for application. The medium coverage promises a natural finish to conceal puffiness, dark circles, and finer lines! Apparently it also contains a host of antixodants to protect skin from anti-pollutants and blue light.

Also, available is a new Revlon PhotoReady Candid Anti-Pollution Setting Powder ($9.99 or Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off) which is available in a single transparent shade that has a silky, natural finish providing an airbrushed effect which is also formulated to protect against anti-pollutants.

Sadly, I haven’t had any luck finding these in store as of yet but Ulta does have all Revlon on sale for Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off as well as a coupon for $15 off $50 (CODE:HOLIDAY18) which might push me into ordering them online! Especially the concealer as you know what a concealer junkie I am!

A few weeks ago I was very excited to share that Lancome Maison Perfumes were available in Travel Sizes for $35 each. The Maison Lancome Fragrance Collection isn’t cheap at $195-$205 per a bottle so, it was every so delightful to see smaller sizes available for a mere $35 which allowed you to try these scents at a fraction of the cost (0.47 oz for the travel sprays).

Clinique has launched a new Clinique ID Custom-Blend Hydrator Collection that includes five different Clinique iD Active Cartridges that allows you to customize the moisturizer of choice. I’m always up for playing Herbert West with beauty. So, of course, my inner mad scientist loves this idea. Some other more logical part of me is thinking it’s a bit of a gimmick…! But let me have my moment in the sun where I can mix a serum with my moisturizer of choice to create some uber fancy moisturizer that probably doesn’t do what it promises.

I’m sorry, don’t kill me all you Clinique fans 🙂 Clinique has my heart when it comes to some of their color cosmetics and they even capture my attention with SOME of their skincare but a lot of it does prove a little disappointing at times and doesn’t quite work the way they promise! For example, I put so much time and effort into Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector it became a career for me. No, seriously, I really put a lot of effort into that product. I applied it religiously every single day and purchased three bottles of it! I was a woman with a mission! I was going to MAKE it work! There were just too many people raving how great it was and I was convinced I was somehow doing something wrong because it sure as hell wasn’t working for me.

Three bottles and $240 dollars later I still had the pesky dark spot I was trying to get rid of on upper cheek bone. I think Clinique’s skincare can be a hit or miss situation for me. To this day I still love Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. But other products, well, sometimes they can be over marketed. And I have my suspicions maybe the Clinique ID Custom-Blend Hydrator Collection might prove a miss but I will be trying none the less because you never know!

Bobbi Brown Crushed Liquid Lip is a new Spring 2019 formulation of the Crushed Lip Color Lipstick that everyone knows and loves! I know many of you, like me, love the Crushed Lipstick formula! It’s just so creamy and pigmented and a pleasure to wear and…it’s everything.

I got terribly excited this morning when they launched the new Crushed Liquid Lip! I was a LITTLE worried and I wasn’t sure how excited I should be about this new formula. I was concerned with the reformulation we’d be looking at a long-wearing matte formula which I am so over. But turns out this actually has the texture of a liquid lip balm with a glossy finish according to the brand and of course, the same great color payoff as the lipstick with a hydrating formula that keeps lips soft and smooth through the wear!

YES! I’m all over! I’m hope this means more brands will be embracing glossier lips for Spring. We saw a little over turn over of long-wearing liquid lipsticks this past year but I sure would like to see more of that
