Caress Botanicals Shower Foam are starting to hit drugstores and of course, I had to grab them all because I must making foaming anything mine. I have a slight addiction to anything that foams! Facial cleanser, primer, conditioner, if it foams I want in on it!

I dunno where the odd obsession comes from but I just like foaming skincare. Dove actually did a shower foam last year I believe it was and I totally loved it. I was pretty hyped that Caress also got in on the trend because everyone knows that Caress needs to do some sort of exotic perfume line. Their shower gels smell incredible. Why aren’t they cashing in on that and creating an entire body and fragrance collection!?!?

Bath & Body Works cashes in on the hyaluronic acid trend and introduces a new collection of bath, body, and skincare goodies that not only hydrate skin but also to lock it with hyaluronic acid which supposedly holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water which results in smoother and hydrated skin for us.

Bath & Body Works seems to have gone way off in a direction I can’t even comprehend anymore. On some levels, I think to myself, “Hmm this is interesting for them” and some other part of me is like, “What the hell is this!?”

I mean for example, they have this new Moisture-Lock Body Balm ($16.50) that’s very Milk Makeup Cooling Water-like. It’s a stick balm which you can glide anywhere on your skin to hydrate and refresh. The idea is crazy interesting and cool for Bath & Body Works but also, sort of weird and not really their norm you know? I do wonder if there version is bigger in size since Milk’s is actually cheaper at $14. That’s another thing about Bath & Body Works lately, their prices are increasingly higher and higher and higher. They have also uncharacteristically started to venture into the realms of skincare with facial masks, face mists, and other multitasking options that not only work on your body but also your face.

None the less, you might just be excited about their new moisturizing skin picks.
