Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry Eyeshadow Palette ($45) is a new 14 shade palette that launched for Holiday 2018 that includes 12 all new shades and two bestselling shades to create a smoky eye look. According to the brand this is a “cool-toned” palette but I’m honestly feeling like it has more warmer shades than cooler tones but feel free to correct me.

I mean I sort of get where they are going with the cooler tones as there are a few shades here that lean towards being cooler but one you start applying, blending, and fiddling around with these shades I think the looks that come out of the experience are quite warm. The palette also fails to bring together anything new or unique but it’s still an assortment of colors that I am happy to have all housed in one place none the less. The one thing you can always count on with Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyeshadow Palette is the fact the shades always work well together and that would be the case with the Sultry Eyeshadow Palette. There’s no guessing games here, all the shades just work really, really well together and it’ll be a great essential palette for work, evenings out, and plenty of sparkly Holiday looks.

The OPI The Nutcracker and the Four Realms Nail Lacquer Collection arrived today with an Advent Calendar, festive gift sets for giving and getting, and a core nail polish collection featuring shades inspired by the movie. I’m not even a nail girl and this collection is exciting me! I sure hope the movie is good because I’ve been looking forward to seeing it.
