NARS Orgasm Lipstick Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

NARS Orgasm Lipstick ($28) joins the Orgasm Collection this Summer as a permanent shade in the NARS Satin Lipstick formula. If you read my blog you know I’m a massive Orgasm fan! I love the blush with all my heart and have since collected everything NARS has released in the shade. Until recently, the thing missing from my little stash of Orgasm was a lipstick and I’m happy to report that NARS now has one!

Tarte Lid Lock Clay Eye Base Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Tarte Lid Lock Clay Eye Base ($21) is a new “eye foundation” or or matte eyeshadow primer that the brand recently released for Summer 2017. This isn’t Tarte’s first venture into the world of lid primers as they have had Colored Clay CC Eye Primer Stick, Tarte Colored Clay Full Coverage CC Eye Base, and a host of other formulas over the years.

This new formula comes housed in a pot and to my knowledge Tarte hasn’t yet released an eyelid primer in a pot but feel free to correct me if I’m forgetting something.

Let’s take a look at my review and swatches below.

Tarte Clay Stick Foundation Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Tarte Clay Stick Foundation ($39) (0.32 oz) is a new 12-Hour matte foundation stick that the brand recently released for Summer 2017 in 12 shade selections. I happen to be a rather sympathetic fool for Benefit Play Sticks which is probably why I ended up purchasing one of the Tarte Clay Stick Foundations. I was having a nostalgic moment but also, I tend to forget how much I love the simplicity of swiping on my foundation, blending out, and just going.

I realized that the matte formula wasn’t exactly my ideal pick for foundation since I have dry skin but I had hopes that it would work as well as the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer did. And also, Summer is coming up and I tend to be a bit shiny and oily around my T-Zone so, I thought I might just be able to get away with the matte finish.

Tarte markets these new foundation sticks as a foundation and contouring tool all-in-one just like the Shape Tape Contour. If you’re purchasing a few different shades you can probably easily use these to contour with but considering the size and cost that might be a bit expensive. I purchased it solely as a foundation and that’s how I’ll be reviewing it in this post.

L’Oreal Pure Clay Masks Are Now Available in a Pure Clay Cleanser Formula

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

L’Oreal Pure Clay Clay Masks are now formulated and available as a Pure Clay Cleanser! L’Oreal Pure Clay Cleansers are a new take on the Pure Clay Mask formula and available in three formulations. Interesting right? If you loved the mask formula perhaps the cleansers will rock your world. I did liked the LOreal Pure-Clay Mask Exfoliate and Refine Pores but wasn’t in love with the Pure-Clay Mask Detox & Brighten Treatment Mask. I never did buy the Exfoliate and Refine Pores formula though as the scent was a bit overpowering! Hopefully the cleansers are scented a little more subtly.

Let’s take a look!
