Ulta has been striving to becoming your one stop beauty shop lately with plenty of sales, freebies, and great perks including cash back rewards that everyone absolutely adores (who doesn’t like free money!?!) but the one thing they sadly lack is free shipping. As they grow and improve I have no doubt that some sort of Free Shipping for Platinum Members is on the horizon but nothing yet sadly. The good news?
