Tom Ford at Sephora

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

After much delay I am happy to report Tom Ford is now available at Sephora.com.

This is great news as we can now get it at a discount when the Sephora VIB Event takes place during the Holidays! Wahoooooo!

Ulta continues to grow their book of beauty brands but Sephora has also been bringing in a lot of higher-end brands lately as well as some interesting niche ones. Plus they have newer brands upcoming as well such as Fenty Beauty.

Are you happy Tom Ford is now available at Sephora!?

Which brands would you like to see Sephora carry?

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Release Date at Sephora

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna has a release date! Haven’t heard of Fenty Beauty? It’s Rihanna’s new makeup line that will be available at sephora.com starting September 8th! Be the first to know all the details by signing up at www.fentybeauty.com.

Not a lot is known about the collection as of yet but it sure is generating a lot of buzz. So, what do we know so far?

The collection is apparently created by Kendo which also produces Marc Jacobs Beauty and Kat Von D Cosmetics. It will be available both in the US as well as in Canada and the UK and Ireland. This isn’t Rihanna’s first time venturing into makeup as she had her own MAC Collection a few short years ago and I think we expect at least one bright red lipstick in her own makeup collection as we already know how great she looks in the shade and it was also a color that played a prominent role in her MAC Collection!

I think the hope for Fenty Beauty is that it has a selection of shades that will flatter women and men of color since the makeup world is sadly, lacking in this area particularly when it comes to foundation and concealer shades.

I’m excited about Fenty Beauty’s release and looking forward to what Rihanna has in store for us.

What do you hope this collection with include?

Real Techniques Miracle Finish Sponge Interesting But Not Perfect

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

This is terribly abnormal for me as I typically “paint” my concealer on with the E.L.F. Concealer Brush and I pat it into place. I’m a finger girl when it comes to foundation and concealer. I use my fingers for application as I find it easier to applies creams, fluids, and liquids on my face and under my eyes with fingers.

So, you see, my purchase of the Real Techniques Miracle Finish Sponge was a bit outside the norm.

What’s even more abnormal is the fact I didn’t end up using it for my concealer at all.
