Tarte Tarteist Glossy Lip Paint ($20) is a new full, color lip paint or lipgloss that launched with the Tarte Summer 2016 Collection recently. Considering we already have a matte selection of Tarte Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paints already it only seemed logical to launch a glossy version of the formula for those of us that aren’t really a fond fan of mattes.

Tarte Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paint do offer the better shade variety though with 15 shades where as the new Tarteist Glossy Lip Pain are only available in nine. But I’m sure if the product proves popular enough we’ll see more shades in the future. Both products contain the same 0.20 oz for the same price of $20 per shade.

Buxom Wildly Whipped Soft Matte Lip Color ($21) is a new whipped liquid lipstick formula with a lightweight, matte finish that’s available in 12 shade selections. As a hater of long-lasting liquid lipsticks, I was curious about the Wildly Whipped Soft Matte Lip Color formula and hopeful it would be as moisturizing as it promised! In most cases, though, these liquid lipsticks are like vampires but instead of sucking blood they suck the moisture right from your lips.

So away I went and purchased one of these to try out!
