Hyaluronic Acid is a wonderful way to draw water to your skin and aid in retaining it which results in smoother, well hydrated kind and also, it puffs up finer lines that due to dryness! Caffeine can help with those puffy eyes! Caffeine is used it eye creams to work to depuff eye bags and could be useful in concealer as well to ease puffiness.
