Fenty Gloss Bomb had me at release back in 2017 when they said it was flavored and smelled like peach bubble gum. I didn’t really get that from it but the idea of it smelling and tasting like a peachy bubble gum had my Sanrio-loving heart (remember how Sanrio used to make cute bubblegums and some were peach flavored?) on board! Gloss Bomb was one of the first items I purchased from the Fenty Beauty Collection and since that time I’ve hauled plenty of other shades.
I’m a little sad this year’s set isn’t as big as sets we’ve seen in the past like the Fenty Beauty Glossy Posse Mini Gloss Bomb Set Holo’Daze Edition from Holiday 2020 or the Fenty Glossy Posse: Fantasy 4Sum 4-Piece Gloss Bomb Set from Holiday 2021. Those were had minis and full-size glosses but they had a bit more variety. This new set only has three shades versus the four in past collections also, you’re paying more at $42 where as a four-some was $38. I’m a little sad about that but still want this because I really like the Fenty Gloss Bomb formula.
Do I need it? Probably not. Do I want it? Yeah, I do!
