Diorskin Matte and Luminous Hydrating Loose Powder in #431 Gold Dust Review & Swatches

Diorskin Matte and Luminous Hydrating Loose Powder ($49) is available in a new limited edition shade for Holiday 2012 which is Gold Dust. The powder is already available in three shade selections and Gold Dust will be available for a limited time, I actually already purchased and own this powder in Transparent Light.

I was quite delighted they released a new shade and was even more delighted when I realized how wearable Gold Dust is. Because hey, gold and dust, well you think major shimmer. But turns out Gold Dust was a welcome replacement for my nearly finished Transparent Light.

Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint Spirited Review, Swatches, Photos

This was provided to me by a brand for review but all opinions expressed are my own

Now that Fall is here I’m busy hauling out all my peaches, oranges, and corals (not that they were stored away to begin with as I made proper use out of them this Summer). Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint in Spirited was released this Summer during the mad orange trend we seen during the warmer months.

But don’t let the bright orange shade fool you, it’s just as perfect for Autumn as it was for Summer.

E.L.F. Studio Mascara & Shadow Shield Review

The new E.L.F. Studio Mascara & Shadow Shield ($3) was supposed to make my life easier dude but I nearly poked an eye out using it.

This handy and quite innovative tool has a flexible silicone shadow shield which you can hold above or below your eye to catch eyeshadow fall out or mascara smears. It’s completely reusable, washable, and perfect for makeup application.

It’s just tricky to use.
