I readily admit that when I first started using Charlotte Tilbury makeup I instantly thought how Twiggy and Charlotte Tilbury would be a match made in makeup heaven. I mean there’s Charlotte, a total icon and there’s Twiggy an epic beauty icon. The two shipped together is the relationship of my dreams!
