Ok, I love cream eyeshadows and I’m definitely into this palette.

I’m with you Robyn..I love cream eyeshadows this has got to be a first, cream eye shadows are usually in a stick or shadow pot but not an all in one palette, exciting stuff!

I think I *need* this one! I love cream shadows as bases for powders, and having several in one palette seems sooo convenient, instead of having to dig through all my little jars.

BTW, this post reminded me that I have the Metallico palette somewhere, untouched… How pathetic is that? I think I need to pull it out this weekend!

It’s such a *tiny* compact, so I had it stashed with some duos/quads, and I’ve been reaching for larger palettes over the last few years! I just dug it out, and I’m going to put it in the bin with my palettes. I need to head over to BB&B next weekend (we’re expecting a huge storm this one), so I’ll skip on over to Kohl’s while I’m down there.

Does anyone know if this is exclusive to Kohl’s? I want it but would rather buy at Ulta so I can get more points.

I believe I saw this for sale on Macy’s website the other day, so it’s not exclusive to Kohl’s.

It’s on the Ulta website and I’ve seen it on Macy’s too, so it’s not exclusive to Kohls. So glad you mentioned Ulta points! I almost ordered from Kohls, but I’m definitely going to go through Ulta now that you reminded me of points!

I worry about cream shadows in a palette format. Do you think they will dry out quickly? I am loving the color variation of this palette so I really want to own it.

it’s supposedly listed as a tin which I’m kinda hopefully means they might stay fresher long but in my experience it all depends on the formula as I’ve had shadows dry out face in palettes.

Yay! When can we possibly expect to see swatches?! So anxious to see a review before I purchase. I love Cargo palettes, but I’m a little hesitant about it being cream shadows since I like to keep palettes for a long time, ya know? Thanks for the info!

I don’t yet have the palette Sarah so as soon as I can locate, test it, photograph, and get a review live I will. Sorry for the delay, I just heard about it yesterday so hard to get swatches up quickly without actually having it in my hand yet :)

Oh, totally! Of course! Sometimes you have stuff on hand so I wasn’t sure if that was the case this time around. Sorry! I look forward to seeing the review. Thanks again!

no worries, I don’t actually have this. Stopped at Kohls but they didn’t have it yet so ordered online, gotta wait for it to arrive :) my pleasure.

What?! When did Kohl’s start selling Cargo? I’m a HUGE fan of Cargo, and I was getting depressed since it seems that quite a few Ulta stores are getting rid of the brand, and there isn’t a JC Penney close to me.

Gorgeous. I’d be all over this palette if it wasn’t for all those bronze and warm browns on top, but I generally can’t wear those…still, I may have to give this a look anyway. Cargo is a seriously underrated brand.

    I love this, so pretty!

I have a kohls GC that I’d love to make use of if they will allow it to be used on beauty purchases.

I missed out on the Vintage Escapes palette Cargo had for the fall and I’m so sad. I can’t seem to find it available anywhere. Anyone have any ideas how I could snag one?

I will def. be getting this one right away.

This was waiting for me when I got home from work just now. I switched a couple on my hand using the included brush – they were sheer on my fair skin, but I didn’t play with them much. The container sounfs like metal when I tap it, but I closes like the Laura Mercier Artist 2013,so it’s not airtight. The pans are recessed, and there is a nice rigid THIN plastic sheet that fits snugly in the recess. Hope I can play with these more tomorrow night. If they really are all sheer, it’s going back.

Well I wore several of the shades today to work, over UDPP anti-aging primer. I was creased all to heck by lunchtime. I never did get more than a wash of color going, and that included trying to use the dark gray color as a liner. I’m fairly new to makeup though so I’m going to try a few more shades and see if I can make something work. Hopefully you will have yours soon and give your 2 cents Muse! I hate to return it because it is sooooooooo pretty but I can’t keep $39 as a pretty paperweight.

I don’t blame you nothing is worst than sheer eyeshadow :( I hope I like it Keri but likely will go back too if it is too sheer! Sorry to hear it! :(

Yeah sadly this has been returned. I very much wanted to love it but I just could not get results. The neutral matte color that I was able to get a bit of something going with is already duped in my collection several times (and all of those are much easier to use!

I love cream eyeshadows, so I instantly bought this palette online at CARGO cosmetics! I have a tip for you all: buy this palette online from CARGO cosmetics. When you check out, be sure to enter this code RMN15; this will take 15% off the purchase and give you free ground shipping. My total came down to $36; only $3 off, but you’re certainly saving compared to buying this online from Kohls, Macys, and even Ulta (which is not coupon valid)!

I’ll let you know how it works out when I receive my order, but I just HAD to express my purchasing experience… I’d love for you all to get what you want as frugal as possible as I did! =) <3

Also, at other online sites, the total comes out between $48-$52, so you’re totally saving with the method I explained! SO EXCITED!

^ BTW the expenses can be explained by how other sites may not offer discounts. For instance, purchasing this from Ulta (only offered online) results in $48, because of tax and being invalid for coupons. Hope this helps.

This is now available (online only) with Ulta. And as of this post, Ulta is in 3x platinum member points and 2x member points. So now is a great time to get it if you’re gonna! Double and triple points are on until the 15th. It’s only the beginning March and I’ve already reached my platinum status for 2015. Holy moley…I have a cosmetics addiction problem. I’ll be skipping this one – not because I’m trying to buy less, but because I just really dislike cream shadows. Oily lids and all…plus I hate the way it feels.
