A New It Cosmetics Palette for the Holidays!

It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Holiday 2014

Yup, you read that right! There’s a new It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Celebration Matte Luxe Transforming Eye Shadow Palette available for the Holidays! I’m hyperventilating and possibly running around in circles too but you can’t see me so it’s ok!

I’ll have swatches soon of the new Naturally Pretty Celebration Matte Luxe Transforming Eye Shadow Palette but here’s some deets to excite you!

The It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Celebration Matte Luxe Transforming Eye Shadow Palette is basically a follow up to the very, very popular and much beloved It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Eyeshadow Palette released last year. I swear, It Cosmetics changed my life with that palette. So an incredibly silky array of wearable mattes. Did I say wearable mattes? True story! I love shimmer with a passion and I hate matte with an equal passion but lord knows It Cosmetics knows how to do mattes right!

This new palette features 14 stunning shades of silk infused shadows with an all matte finish as well as a transforming pearl shade that can worn under or over shades to give them a pearly glow!

Shades:

  • Snow Angel
  • Champagne
  • Cozy
  • Warm Wishes
  • Miracle
  • Peace
  • Wonderland
  • Hot Cocoa
  • Gingerbread
  • Toasty
  • Spice
  • Sugar Plum
  • Starry Night
  • Coal
  • Transforming Ombre Radiance Ribbon

Needless to say this palette is probably one of the hottest palettes of the season in my opinion!

Total must have!

Review and swatches upcoming, stay tuned.

For those who can’t wait, it’s available now at Ulta.com.

The shades look similar to the first palette, am I right? I have really wanted the first one for a while since I am getting into mattes recently but this might be just the palette for me 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

haven’t seen it in person yet! promo images are always off so won’t say until I actually see it 😀

  • Dee

I’m screaming with excitement! Can not wait for your swatches! I love the first one and just can’t wait for this one to come out.

    • Moira Stride

It is on their site, Ulta that is. I was in there store yesterday and they got it on their truck, but display in store Sunday 10/5!!!!

  • Dee

I got so excited I failed to see that you mentioned it’s at Ulta now. Wonder if QVC will do something where a nice IT brush is included?

    • krankenheim

I don’t know. It seems like IT Cosmetics is getting pretty tight with Ulta lately. They have those new brushes and they released that silly cushion compact with Ulta exclusively a few months ago too. I hope IT doesn’t forget just how loyal QVC and their customers have been to the brand.

  • Denise

I love the first palette and have been eagerly awaiting a second palette to come out, but I’m a little disappointed in this one. It looks to be all neutrals except for maybe 2. I like the color variation in the first one a lot better. Meh.

  • Christina

The packaging looks pretty, but darn! It’s so neutral. The problem I had with the first palette is that all the shades swatched more neutral than they looked in the pan. I wanted that pop of soft violet, but when I applied it to my eyes, it was a very muted, greyed violet.

Who am I kidding! I’ll probably still pick this one up. LOL!

  • Sandy

Oh how lovely- I’ve been waiting for an all matte palette to come out this holiday season! Hopefully Ulta will do another prestige coupon so I can get this on the cheap. Can you do some comparison swatches when/if you do a review of this palette?

  • JCSanDiego

I’ve seen the first palette for awhile now, but was never really convinced to purchase. Can everyone share their feedback with me regarding their experience with the first? This might help me make a decision.
Off topic, it’s ridiculous that as a VIB Rouge customer as most of us on here are, it was still nearly impossible to get the recently launched and grossly limited Urban Decay Vice LTD palette. It’s even more ridiculous and annoying to see it on ebay for what I’m sure is 1.5 times the actual price. Ugh…

    • krankenheim

The reason why I purchased the first one was because I looked at it for months before I decided to go for it to use as blending colors. The thing I didn’t like about the first one was that the pans were so damn tiny that I hit the pan on several colors pretty quickly. I don’t know if I’ll purchase this new one or not. I probably will and forgo repurchasing the original now that mine is almost gone. I do like that this palette seems lighter than the original. I’m not sure just how versatile it is on its own but it will surely make for great blending.

    • Bailey

I love every product I’ve ever purchased from It except the Naturally Pretty Palette. The shadows swatch really well, but on the eye they just blend out into nothing and all look the same. A complete disappointment for me.

      • Christina

I found this to be the same. They were so soft that if you weren’t careful with blending, they’d all run together into a murkier tone.

  • JCSanDiego

Mahalo nui loa (tyvm) for the feedback and for the link to the review. I think I’m swayed enough to get it…perhaps both of them. I agree with krankenheim that a few of the shades are ideal moreso for blending, but they’re also pretty and subtle enough for a daily look. Thank you for the info, link and feedback ladies! 🙂

  • Melissa

Looks pretty but I think I’m going to wait. So many other holiday sets out I want more. Do you know if they will have any other holiday items coming out?! I sure hope so! Maybe a mini lip gloss set! Do you have swatches of the new holiday tarte lip set?

  • timothybcat

I just ordered it from Ulta. I had a $10 off coupon for my birthday and $3 in rewards points, so yay!

  • Renu

I am going to be stalking your blog – for the review and swatches! I have Vol. 1 and loooooove it so much, it hurts! Hope this one is as good!

  • Telle

AHHH OMG OMG OMG!!!!! EEEEEEEEEE!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYYAYYA! Communal jumping up and down and squealing with the Muse community! YAYAYAYA! Thanks for sharing the joy Muse!! xo’s

  • Keri

Ah I can’t wait to see the swatches and read the reviews! It’s looking like the transforming shade is golder than the one from the original. That will be a cool highlight or inner corner shade if it is.

  • amelia

Hi Muse! So do you know of any Ulta store that has actually gotten this palette? The Ulta email said 10/5, but no Ulta I know of has it. Do you know if the email was a misprint?

    • Isabella Muse

I haven’t been to an Ulta store recently Amelia and I don’t have inside info about when and which stores will stock it and on what date. I know it’s available right now at Ulta.com if you want it. Hope this helps? If not keep checking your local ulta on or after 10/5 perhaps? hope this helps!

    • Shannon

IT Cosmetics FB page has a reply to that very question. A post added Sunday 10/5 It says they’ll be in stores “next week” 🙁 I made a special trip hoping to snag one.

      • Shannon

So crushed; still not in Houston stores. I see they are in stock in NY, LA, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans. Houston is 3rd largest city in US (passed Chicago a few years ago) yet seems we’re getting bypassed so far. Well… patience is a virtue:)
