Neutorgena Beauty and the Beast Get Belle’s Look Collection

Neutorgena Beauty and the Beast Get Belle’s Look Collection is launching now at drugstores and might appease your need for a Beauty and the Beast Makeup Collection? Kind of? Sort of? Not really…?

Earlier this season, I was discussing the potential for Beauty and the Beast makeup and beauty collaborations with speculations of who might be putting one out but as we grow very near to the film’s release I have yet to see any major announcements from mid-range brands like Urban Decay. Considering Urban Decay has teamed up with Disney in the past to create many a find Wonderland palette I was hopeful. Not to mention MAC, who released a Cinderella Collection. But next week the film releases and no word has broken about any major makeup collections surrounding the film’s release date. Skin Inc. recently launched a limited edition Beauty and the Beast serum and more recently I ran across this Neutrogena Beauty and the Beast Get Belle’s Look Collection which contains a new shade of classic red Moisture Smooth Color Stick but the other items in the collection, well, let’s just say they aren’t exactly inspired by Belle. I have hopes that L’Oreal will release their beautiful Beauty and the Beast line of lipsticks and nail polishes here in the US but I have my doubts on that front le sigh!

Anyone else see any Beauty and the Beast makeup goodies at their local drugstores?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Unappealing. The lipped formula is great, but it’s totally marred by the inclusion of a fragrance that will not die. The rest is terribly bland.

That sound you hear is my weeping, if this is what’s passing for a B&tB collection. And yeah, can’t even buy those B&tB L’Oreal lipsticks here in the U.S. as far as I know.

OK, Muse, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to put together a coherent collection of makeup items that would be your “if I ran the world” B&tB Collection! Gotta have a yellow-gold killer eyeshadow for the ball gown!

LOL I’m totally up for creating that collection! Let’s do this!

I bow to your superior and further-reaching knowledge of products, and I mean that sincerely, not sarcastically. Maybe you could put together an eyeshadow palette from singles, maybe Coastal Scents or Nyx? CS has a gold called “18 Karat Gold” that looks perfect. And I really like lip colors you choose. Go for it!

I always think that limited edition items should be packaged differently from regular line items. These items just look like regular line items, and 6 months out, nobody will even remember that these were supposed to be part of the Belle collection.

Uninspired, bland, underwhelming, disappointing, and frankly a missed opportunity. I can come up with a million more adjectives but why bother, obviously the manufacturers didn’t. Too bad, i’m one of those crazy folks that forked out $100 for the Skin Inc. I have to say that the Juicy offerings are top notch though albeit very expensive.
